Because our products are custom-made and personalized with your individual information, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and production has begun.
Each item is engraved specifically for you, making it impossible to resell or reuse.
Exceptions
We will gladly replace or correct an order if:

The item arrives damaged, or

There is an error caused by us during production.
If this happens, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we can make it right.
